| Shipping Times |
|
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days. Most artwork is processed within 24 hours. To know how long it will take to ship the items you are ordering, see the statement on the artwork page and in the shopping cart where it reads "Usually ships".
Once the item ships, it will take 1-5 business days to arrive via ground shipping, depending on your location. If you are shipping outside the continental US, your order will be shipped via AirMail and will take 3-6 business days to arrive.

| Shipping Charges |
|
The shipping charges vary depending on what you have ordered and where it is shipping to. For unframed
prints shipping within the continental USA, the charge is $6.99 for the first 3 prints, and $0.99 each
additional print. The shipping charges for framed artwork depend on the size of the frame. As framed
artwork must ship flat in a box, the shipping is generally more expensive than unframed prints. However
because of the substantial discount we offer on the framing over a local frameshop, even with the shipping
cost you will almost always come out ahead.

| Product Availability |

Every effort is made to ensure that our web site accurately reflects what is available for shipment. While we update our inventory listings virtually every day, a small percentage of the products listed at any given time may be out of print and out of stock.
You will be promptly notified via e-mail if an item is no longer available.
You will have the opportunity to cancel the out of stock item off your order, if you so desire.

| Types of artwork |

Each product we offer is clearly labeled as a Fine-Art print, a Serigraph, a Lithograph,
or a Giclee. If an item does not specify that it is a limited edition, it is an open
edition, meaning that there is no stated limit to how many reproductions the publisher
is entitled to create.
The prints we carry are produced using either the lithographic or serigraphic
printing process, and are printed on high quality archival acid free paper.
Most prints are on a thick (120 pound or higher) stock of paper. Each print is
of the highest museum art print reproduction quality and are supplied by the worlds
leading art publishers.

| Will my online transaction be safe? |
We guarantee that your online transaction will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while ordering online.

All data entered by our customers is protected using secure server software commonly known as SSL or "Secure Socket Layer" encryption. We feel that taking extreme measures to produce confidence in online purchasing is well worth the time and investment.

| Sales Tax |
|
All orders shipping to the state of New Jersey will be charged 7.00% sales tax. No tax will be charged for orders shipping to states other than New Jersey or for international orders.

| How can I check on my order after I have placed it? |

Email us at support@artfilledliving.com. We'll promptly reply with the status of your order at any time, and give you a tracking number where you can further track your shipment.

| How do we handle returns? |
If you want to return your purchase for any reason whatsoever, just mail it back to us in the same package we shipped it to you in, within 30 days of purchase. We will promptly refund your total purchase price, less shipping.
When shipping your return, you must insure the piece for the full purchase price. If the piece is damaged in transit to us, and there is no shipping insurance, we will not be able to grant a full refund. Please include your order number, your name, address, and phone number with your return.
